Rule 144 “that allows for the public resale of controlled and restricted securities contingent on some conditions,” is a tad too complicated.

Corporate securities attorneys are hard to come by, but competent and experienced Corproate securities attorneys are even more difficult to find. Adam, although relatively young, is very experienced and knows his way around the complexities of matters such as corporate actions, reverse mergers, opinions, etc. He’s been my attorney for both personal and business transactions for five years now and I’m very pleased with his work.
Adam and his team are great at what they do.
